The concept of the building was origined from the historical environment. The difference of styles and heights of the surrounding houses and also multifunctionality of the building have called to creation of the asymmetric composition of the main facade and the whole volume of the building. The colour of the window framing on the facade gave the name to the building - BIRIUZA, which is translated as 'turquoise'.
