The house is situated on the southern slope of the hill strip, that is plaited into the ridge of Main European Water Devision. The water spreads to the south in the Black sea, to the north- in Baltic. The unique nature of this territory has incorporated features of Carpathians, Polissya and Lisostep.

By penetration and grouping of cultures of the ethnic groups there was an original type of the national dwelling of this district with the inalienable attribute - veranda - ganok, which on the steep relief maneuvers with the basic volume of the house. The wall planes with the small windows contrast to the generous glass of the veranda and the bay window of the living room. United space of the smart premises in different levels is opposed to the isolation of the bedrooms, which has the own bathroom.
